1. 汇率仅供参考

本 App 展示的汇率为市场中间价参考汇率，来自国际公开数据源，非官方牌价，也非任何机构实际成交价，仅供参考，不构成任何交易、兑换或投资建议。请以银行、兑换机构现场报价为准。

2. 兑换点信息目录

• 目录为纯信息展示（黄页）。平台不参与、不撮合、不担保任何兑换交易，不经手任何资金。
• 商户信息由商户自行提交并经平台人工审核；实际兑换价格、真实性与合法性请你与商户现场核实。任何兑换行为发生在你与商户之间，风险自负。
• 联系方式按钮仅做跳转（拨号 / 外部 App / 复制），不代表平台推荐或背书。

3. 商户提交内容

• 商户须保证所提交信息真实、准确、合法，并拥有相应经营资质。
• 平台可对违规、虚假、失联或被举报的商户进行隐藏联系方式、暂停、下架等处理。

4. 账号

你可选择使用 Sign in with Apple 登录以跨设备同步；也可不登录使用全部核心功能。你可随时在 App 内删除账号。

5. 免责与责任限制

本 App 按“现状”提供，不对数据的准确性、及时性或可用性作明示或默示担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本 App 或依赖其中信息（包括参考汇率、兑换点信息）而产生的任何直接或间接损失负责。

本条款适用法律与争议解决方式以运营主体所在地为准。

Terms of Use (English)

1. Rates are for reference only

Rates shown are mid-market reference rates from public international sources. They are not official quotes or any institution’s actual dealt prices, are for reference only, and do not constitute trading, exchange, or investment advice. Rely on the on-site quote from your bank or exchange provider.

2. Exchange directory

• The directory is an information-only listing (yellow pages). The platform does not take part in, broker, or guarantee any exchange and never handles funds.
• Merchant info is self-submitted and manually reviewed; verify the actual price, authenticity, and legality with the merchant on-site. Any exchange happens between you and the merchant, at your own risk.
• Contact buttons only launch external actions (call / external app / copy) and are not an endorsement.

3. Merchant-submitted content

• Merchants must ensure their submissions are true, accurate, lawful, and that they hold the required licenses.
• The platform may hide contacts, suspend, or delist merchants that are non-compliant, false, unreachable, or reported.

4. Accounts

You may use Sign in with Apple to sync across devices, or use all core features without signing in. You can delete your account anytime in the App.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” with no express or implied warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the App or reliance on its information (including reference rates and exchange listings).

Governing law and dispute resolution follow the operator’s jurisdiction.
