隐私政策

旅汇通（“本 App”）是一款汇率查询与换算工具，并提供线下兑换点信息目录。我们把「尽量少收集数据」作为设计原则。本政策说明我们收集什么、为什么、如何处理与你的权利。

1. 我们收集的信息

不登录时

• 你的收藏币种、基准货币、排序、换算历史等偏好，仅保存在你的设备本地，不上传服务器。

使用 Sign in with Apple 登录后

• Apple 提供的稳定用户标识（sub），用于识别你的账号并跨设备同步。除非你主动选择，我们不会收到你的姓名或邮箱。
• 你选择上行同步的偏好与换算历史。

作为兑换点商户申请入驻时

• 你填写的店铺名称、经营币种、联系方式（电话 / WhatsApp / 微信 / Telegram / LINE / Zalo）、地址（选填）、营业执照/牌照图（选填，仅用于人工审核，不对外展示）。审核通过后，店铺名称、币种、地址与联系方式会公开展示，供有兑换需求的用户联系你。
• 提交举报时，会记录一个设备标识（identifierForVendor）与举报内容，用于反滥用与人工复审。

2. 我们不收集的信息

• 不收集精确位置（App 不请求定位权限）。
• 不读取通讯录、相册（“保存为图片”只是在你授权后把结果写入你自己的相册，不上传）。
• 不做广告追踪、不使用第三方跟踪 SDK、不跨 App 关联你的身份。
• 不收集银行卡、账户密码等金融凭证。

3. 汇率数据来源

汇率由我们的服务器定时从第三方公开数据源抓取（ExchangeRate-API、ECB / Frankfurter、CoinGecko、Binance）。这些是服务器向外的只读请求，不会把你的任何个人数据发送给它们。

4. 我们如何使用信息

• 提供登录、跨设备同步收藏/排序/基准/换算历史。
• 运营兑换点信息目录与人工审核、举报处理、反滥用。

5. 信息共享

• 兑换点商户主动提交并经审核的店铺信息，按设计公开展示。
• 除此之外，我们不出售、不出租你的个人数据；仅在法律要求时才可能披露。

6. 保存与删除

• 你可在「我的 → 删除账号」两步确认后删除账号，服务器会立即删除你的偏好与云端换算历史；本机数据保留并转为未登录状态。
• 本地数据可在 iOS 中删除 App 一并清除。

7. 你的权利（GDPR / CCPA 等）

你有权访问、更正、删除你的个人数据。账号相关数据可通过 App 内删除账号完成；其他请求可邮件联系我们。我们不会因你行使权利而歧视你。

8. 儿童

本 App 不面向 13 周岁（或你所在地区法定年龄）以下儿童，也不会有意收集其信息。

9. 变更

政策更新会修改本页生效日期；重大变更会在 App 内提示。

Privacy Policy (English)

FXTrip (the “App”) is an exchange-rate and conversion tool that also offers a directory of offline money-exchange shops. We follow a data-minimization principle. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we handle it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

Without signing in

• Your favorite currencies, base currency, ordering, and conversion history are stored only on your device and are not uploaded.

After Sign in with Apple

• The stable Apple user identifier (sub), used to identify your account and sync across devices. We do not receive your name or email unless you choose to share it.
• The preferences and conversion history you choose to sync.

When you apply as an exchange merchant

• The shop name, currencies, contact methods (phone / WhatsApp / WeChat / Telegram / LINE / Zalo), optional address, and optional license image (used for manual review only, not shown publicly). Once approved, your shop name, currencies, address, and contacts are shown publicly so users can reach you.
• When you submit a report, we record a device identifier (identifierForVendor) and the report content for anti-abuse and manual review.

2. Information we do NOT collect

• No precise location (the App requests no location permission).
• No access to contacts or your photo library (“Save as image” only writes the result to your own album with your permission; nothing is uploaded).
• No ad tracking, no third-party tracking SDKs, no cross-app identity linking.
• No bank cards, account passwords, or financial credentials.

3. Exchange-rate data sources

Rates are fetched by our server on a schedule from public third-party sources (ExchangeRate-API, ECB / Frankfurter, CoinGecko, Binance). These are read-only outbound requests from our server; none of your personal data is sent to them.

4. How we use information

• To provide sign-in and cross-device sync of favorites/order/base/history.
• To run the exchange directory, manual review, report handling, and anti-abuse.

5. Sharing

• Merchant shop info that merchants submit and that passes review is public by design.
• Otherwise we do not sell or rent your personal data; we disclose only where legally required.

6. Retention & deletion

• You can delete your account in “Me → Delete account” (two-step). The server immediately deletes your preferences and cloud conversion history; on-device data is kept and reverts to signed-out.
• Local data is removed if you delete the App in iOS.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA, etc.)

You may access, correct, and delete your personal data. Account data can be removed via in-app account deletion; for other requests, email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) and does not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

Updates change the effective date on this page; material changes are surfaced in-app.
